I like it sab, when u do my car this December that will be the number I'm looking for. Are those with your special tune or the GTMs ?

Interesting the curve looks very similar under 3k RPM regardless of boost. That is one clean flat curve! So what does it feel like to drive the car with this much boost?

The only thing we hadn't secured is whether or not you want to go with 3" downpipes and catback. This is just on Sam's tune. I'll make some tweaks for optimal A/F for different boost levels.

It feels fantastic! Everyone needs a set of turbos. Boost is an amazing thing.

Pretty much DOUBLE the horsepower. I'd say that would make a little difference.

Do you think you could run 12 psi on meth/water injection and 93 octane?
Every dyno i've seen ran 12psi on 100oct

I probably gonna go with my test pipes and FI catback, so it's probably gonna make less power.

Do you not have 100 octane where you live?

Here we have 105 some brand and 108 Sunoco at a couple gas stations.

Oh and NICE numbers. This is the kind of thing that makes one want to skip the whole supercharger fiasco and just pay a lil extra and get the snails.

You think switching to 3" exhaust will make a big difference compare to my FI 2.5" exhaust with test pipes?

yeah, it made a big difference with the Z32 guys, and that is an old engine with no cam phasing or VVEL. I'm sure on the bigger engine with better flowing heads it will make a world of a difference.

kevin1985912 10-10-2010 11:05 PM

number wise? are we talking about more than 50whp?

Boost_lee 10-10-2010 11:29 PM

love the output

I bet this thing is fun to drive!

kevin1985912 10-10-2010 11:33 PM

now i'm starting to regret getting my FI catback, should have gone with a 3" exhaust. Might have to get the GTM 3" catback, and sell the FI catback if it doesn't make good power. :shakes head:

Yes, you could but you will defiantly need a a direct port setup with a good reliable system .
