Sam has been nothing but a champ in every way to date. An absolute professional. Can't wait to see the quality product at the end of the day. Look forward to sticking to the facts on this thread also!
Why is everyone so rushed on seeing the GTM dyno numbers anyway? Have you SEEN how busy that shop floor is?
Nitrouz, I see you are in my hometown ... look forward to seein your Z around town. :)

Idiot?

^ That was a exert from the article.. --Not to worry, I wouldn't expect an apology.

Very professional reply.. I must say I expected a mature reply, if any.. But I guess its not surprising, after years of reading some of your incoherent posts..(My350z)...

And yes, I was in error when I mentioned eagletangreen's motor, hence the edit. My mistake.. --I am man enough to admit to a mistake...Unlike some..

Your verbal outlash reminds me of kids in a playground.. You know where the one child is telling TALL tales, and when confronted by others--he resorts to name calling...:icon17:
Time to grow up Sam..
-You put your customer in this position to be centered out. Perhaps posting up threads of GTM grandeur and using paying customers to promote vapor-ware, wasn't such a great idea?
Let alone using these same claims to bring in new less knowledgeable customers?.. is that your business model--smoke & mirrors? :iagree:
If you can't handle criticism, then why put your face on the line?

I have been a z owner long before you were in the business so please don't think you can try and intimidate me.. I am on this board, and have a right to post.... Not sure why you would care.. I could care less about you.. :tiphat:

You have yet to build a 1000whp z... Yes?:rolleyes::rolleyes:
^Perhaps you are ashamed that you can tout to be the best, but cannot build the best?:rofl2:

So now I will ignore you.. It's what grown-ups do when we want to avoid trash... Perhaps when you grow up, you will learn this lesson..
BYE SAM! I hope you make a solid setup for this guy.. He deserves nothing less for the amount of $ he must have invested..

The more successful you are, the more scrutiny you will get.

Anyhow, is it true there will be an update to the intake manifold? Man, I still haven't gotten my VR38 plenum from FsP. I'm still waiting to get it back...

With all due respect, you post up a title like "GTM Performance Engineering VQ45VHR-Our Journey to The 1000 HP and Beyond"... Provide est HP#'s to Mags, and display the vehicle at shows with massive HP claims and innovative designs that are not functional--You are asking for trouble if you can't back up the #'s.. Just a fact of life on forums.

FYI- a few of the shops on my350Z have already broken the 1000whp mark, with stock displacement.... so you shouldn't expect the same "acceptance" of claimed HP #'s, that you see on this forum.. Some very informative posts on that site, much more so than here.

From the outside looking in--Not much variety here when it comes to shop builds.. I see mostly GTM posts.. its almost as if no other options even exist... :icon14:
When the shops who have already eclipsed the 4digit HP mark with the z33 (GTM is not one of them), start to make a presence here.. Then you will start to get an honest picture of which shops are capable, and which are not..
--Seeing a 350z run low 9's with stock displacement, ST setup and stock rear end is an indicator of what a shop is capable of... especially after repeated abuse at the track...

Not trying to be the antagonist.. Just been around the Z & import scene long enough to know that shops like to make claims in order to sell products.. While others, break barriers to display there ability...
Your build is very impressive.. But you should have used more "tact" when chest pumping for GTM..

*no malice intended..*

All i can do after reading this post :shakes head:

Dude do you even own a car? I doubt that

I dont care about what you said in your post but I just wanted to point one thing and it's about 350z 1k HP and we still didnt make that number yet

let me ask you my friend, how old is 350Z? lets see.. made in 2003 and now we are in 2011 (but we just get in 2011 so lets say we are in 2010)

350Z is 7 years old so opening the engine and rebuilding it is a piece of cake now.. in fact, they don't have the VVEL that we have.

While 370z is only 1 year old and look at the power we can get with "STOCK" engine.. 550HP and above.. Maybe 550HP is not enough for people who don't own a car like you :shakes head:

FYI my friend, 350Z needs ALOOOT of work to get to 500HP while 370Z just need a turbo kit, supporting mods and thats it, Oh and we still didnt even crack the VVEL (that's if you know what is that)

After GTM cracks the VVEL you will see 600HP 370Z with STOCK engine..

I say you should :gtfo2: and go waste your time studying for you exams rather than b!tching here and there

just my 2cent.

Eh i could care less how professional someone is to me, I want them to work on my car not lick my sack, i care more about how real they are if sam says 1000hp then it'll happen just STFU and wait. He's honored his word and doesn't cheat people so show HIM some respect first, not just bashin about how it hasn't been dyno'ed yet did you read the forum guidelines against bashing vendors in the first place? Some of you guys would just have to be looking over a guys shoulder while hes working tellin him he's doin it wrong, don't be surprised when he decks you (in a forum sense).

...

your two cents are incorrect...

03-06 350z are the trouble engines...

07-08 are the HR engines are capable of 500hp on stock block...

you new platform cats needs to go back in time...
