The more the client speaks, the more chances of story inconsistencies, contradictions, etc. You don't need a law degree to see that.

Yup. It's akin to a fool who talks a lot while being arrested instead of just shutting up and waiting for his attorney. Too late at that point, Miranda-Schmiranda!

And how many times has a person told one story to the police and then another and then another, and as long as they say the past ones are wrong they go with the one he says is true. And thats to police, we can say all kinds of stuff here and its all not going to used in a court of law. I can say I killed someone but till its proven I wont be convicted or sentenced. So no matter what is being said in here, during the hearing or what ever they do it has to be proven and the pics are very strong, the words in here dont mean chit.

That's not true. Not only does it matter, if the OP says something that is not true, it will most certainly be used against him by Forged's attorneys.

"to the best of my knowledge at the time......." is all it takes to change a story. Look at the cases on the little girls that are missing, the suspects keep changing the story and the police cant doing anyting about it cuz it cant be proved yet one way or another. The OP can say all he wants here but as long as he tells a story and stays with it for the police then he is all good.
