Do you (or anyone else) know if you can still put the stock engine cover back on? If I do go the Soho route, I dont really like the look of their design so I would much rather have the functionality of a stronger manifold but cover it back up to look stock.

The manifold work just fine. That wasn't my problem. I got the CJ Motorsport one because I wanted one for a long long time. The GTR ones you will lose around 70whp.

Anyone have any experience with CNC Innovation? This seems like a nice intake manifold to replace the stock plastic one..

Looks gorgeous, but I don’t see any testing results. I wonder if they have made/sold any, looks like TB locations might be different from stock. Definitely interested to learn more about it.

Looks like you're right. The TB locations are slightly different so not really something I would entertain. I originally thought it was a direct stock replacement.

If you needed 12 injectors and had a Standalone to run them with the engine holding together that's what you would need.

It’s just paper weight unless you plan on trying to make 1200+whp. It’s cheap just to replace the plastic if it starts leaking. I’ve found cheap as $50

Gotcha. Looks like I'll be going with that approach since there isn't really too many options without either sacrificing quality or performance. I was revisiting this since I was going to do some mods that required a re-tune so I figured I might as well check and see if there are any cool looking options that would also help with reliability.

That intake manifold is so beautiful and I would if I didn't have to do a lot of re-work on relocating and getting new parts for it to work on my build. I was looking for a direct replacement to keep everything I have in place |
