No need to trim the tabs. Your IC shouldn't be any different than mine. Just adjust the fitment a bit. Mine clears the tabs by a few MMs. I have a Nismo and shimmed the IC so it cleared the front damper by a MM or two as well

I put another tap in the rear of the manifold, on the right runner, to run my boost gauge. Just feel around inside the runners w your fingers and figure where you want the tap. Take into account where the tap will be in relation to the TB coolant hardlines on the back of the manifold, assuming you keep them. I deleted mine. Adding additional tees to the vacuum hoses decreases reliability. |

When my air-cooled comp turbo failed after 882 miles he said he'd cover shipping back to Comp. Asked for my paypal. He never sent funds. |
Couplers showed today finally, not sure about the rest of you guys but ic piping is to short to meet throttle body pipes ? Anyone else having the same problem? Iam having horrible luck lately.

Am I missing something? Top 2 s bend pipes are supposed to be the upper from top of intercooler to throttle body pipes but there not even close to being right.

I have all the lower piping to the turbos put together, seems correct, but I don’t think I have the proper upper intake piping. Also there no talk of the vacuum cleaner pipe anywhere in the instructions so this is very confusing. |

For any additional assistance with the install, email is the best way to get help, or additional pictures. Posting things here really doesn't allow me to help you all that well. There is no experience out there with these TT kits, like there is with the ST kits, where other customers can chime in.

Any updates?

Anyone think this could be very close to fitting an 350? know intercooler brackets would have to be different but besides that curious if it would work. If anyone having issues wants to sell message me lol.

Update, exhaust showed a few days later then expected, came yesterday, had it installed very quickly due to FI’s amazing craftsmanship in there exhausts, this is my 2nd system from them, nothing but good things to say about FI and there service. Moment of truth, hit the start button, car started like the day I picked it up at the dealership in 2009. Flawlessly. Got out for a drive, felt good, got comfortable after some driving, left a stop light with some excitement, popped off the drivers intake pipe lol, totally my fault. Got that fixed up, a whole evening of just amazing driving so far, got a 3rd log for seb. So far so good guys. I’ll will update more throughly soon.

Quick update, doing some remote tuning with seb, cars running flawless so far, And moves like a freight train. We have maxed out the capabilities on pump 91octane fuel, we are moving onto ethonal soon, should be very interesting because the cars pretty dam fast already with these 58mm’s on 91octane.
Having being lucky enough to experience this platform with a gtm stage 2 supercharger on ethonal for 7 years. I have to say that was a great setup and I enjoyed doing all the work myself. BUT I see now why guys always said go turbo, the torque and boost is amazing and it’s nothing a supercharged z can compare with. Don’t get me wrong the supercharger was great and very reliable but just could not produce this torque feeling. I’ll update on ethonal as soon as I get to. |

Question on install. About to attach the turbos, and the (pardon my noob terminology) input side from exhaust and output to the IC are not in the position the should be, they are off almost 90 degrees. Did I get the wrong turbos? Can I unbolt, rotate and re-bolt or is that going to affect internal parts that are complicated, ie would mess it all up? Not sure if you can tell from pic, but laid the turbo on top of the instructions so you can see what I’m talking about. The input from the exhaust is matching the picture but the outlet to the IC is facing down and should be facing top and left.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...c9e65cbe10.jpg

You can loosen the bolts (should do this as minimally as possible to prevent anything from moving inside) and re-clock the turbo to reflect the image. I'm surprised there is nothing in the instructions about that, it's referenced in the original BP kit.

I'm looking to get in on the next build of this kit, is this setup CMAK compatible? Just starting to price out the supporting mods
