Limits of 92 octane?

Ran into the same issue and we had to turn off multiple misfire detection, as we increased timing it would do just as you said, once we turned that off

Ran into the same issue and we had to turn off multiple misfire detection, as we increased timing it would do just as you said, once we turned that off everything was fine. We left single cylinder misfire detection on.
