They are perty cool. We elected to not get them coated. It would have take an extra 2 weeks. Little did we know the Corona Virus would hit hard and mess everything up. Not really needed anyway for what I am doing. The block has not been decked, bored, or honed yet. I am sure that is in the works in the future.

Just a little side track of the thread. Enjoy... One day I will finish my other car. Not many L28 Turbo guys left.

LOL, I sold my 1974 1/2 260z and regretted it. Later on I talked my friend Bill out of his 1978 280z. We switched cars. I had a 1983 2+2. Several years later he talked the car back off of me and bought it back. It wasn't even 6 months and I was regretting it. So, I bought my 1975 280zt that I still have. I will never sell it. Every time I do, I want another one 6 months later. They are way too hard and expensive to find these days.

I’ve always loved the 240 / 260 and the color orange, to have them both in one, really gets the juices flowing

Orange has never been my thang. I like a black one or a gray one with black accents.

As much as I love the L28 engine in the car I am leaning toward going to an RB26. Way more performance parts available.

Yep, rb26 swap was what I wanted to do also. Either that or a 2jz swap.

Nope, still japanese. An LS swap would be blasphemy. :rofl2: Plus, a 2jz is a stout motor.

I only want 600whp. In at 1780lb car, 800whp is just not needed.
