You are 100% correct! We have been asked for video's of the car idling in the shop...We're not going to post those because they show nothing other than belt alignment and noise. We have been asked to show preliminary dyno graphs...We're not going to post that because they don't show what the KIT will be and will only confuse people who don't read all of the forums. After all, we're at 33 pages and I've had to answer the same questions numerous times...Posting dyno information would only confuse people.

When everything is completed, we will post video's of dyno pulls. We will post the dyno's. We will post what boost we're running.

I hope that no one gets offended by this but...We will not be pressured into posting any information by potential customer's or other manufacturer's/vendor's. I would think that everyone would want us to focus on development and take the time necessary to develop the best possible product. Rushing things only leads to mistakes or improperly designed products. I'm not going to give you a promise date of information and not deliver it because who knows what may happen. We might learn something new tomorrow and make more power and want to research it further. Or we might find that we have a problem with a bracket and need to redesign it thus pushing back our timeline again. We have been developing similar systems for 25 years now and we know that surprises pop up. I would rather give a little bit of information now and make no promises on release dates or power levels or anything than tell you that I'll have everything ready for you by tomorrow and make you wait to see that information.

Some people might think "Oh STILLEN is scared or unconfident in their product so they arent talking about it. Or they must be having issues with their kit and that's why they aren't posting anything." It's actually quite the opposite. We are so confident in the kit that we have developed that we don't feel any pressure to release our boost levels or dyno information or anything like that until it's all finished. We are reaching awesome power, our vital components are working perfectly, I had our carbon fiber supplier down yesterday to look at the engine cover, things are moving along perfectly and we are right on track for our end of February/early March (2010 LOL) release date.

Again, I really hope that no one was offended by what I just wrote and I hope no one thinks that we're upset at all by any of your questions or comments. We enjoy hearing from you guys and being able to talk about the products in the open forum like this. We learn a lot about what you want and we hope it gives you insight into how we develop the products the way we do. :usa::driving::D

This is minor but there is one cosmetic part that bugs me and you are always looking for feedback right lol. I though I'd just throw it at you.

The support bracket on the charge pipe that conects to the engine (between the compressor and Y split) looks tacked on. I suggest not welding it to the top of that pipe (maybe the side or bottom). Extra deluxe would be to have some sort of detail/cut outs on it but I'm sure that would drive the price up. Normally I wouldn't say much about a support bracket but it's visually on a central part of the kit.

With such a nice looking/custom manifold and endtank right on top of the engine, why stop with an eye-sore bracket :p.

You are 100% correct and we have discussed that piece a few times.

Unfortunately there is no way that we can mount it on the bottom or on the side as there are hoses and wires running around that area that would get in the way. However, we could definitely do some sort of accent to it such as cutting out some dimple die holes or giving it some sort of shape. I will suggest some sort of design!

That bracket my be ugly but all in all this is looking sharp. I just hope it will fit my NISMO. Good work guys.

Hey Kyle, will there be a full review on the stillen site or inside line of the Supercharged 370Z?

Most definitely!

Most of the information will be the same but when we are able to move the kit onto the Z we will be posting more information. Keep in mind that all over our performance numbers and dyno info will start from the automatic G37 non-sport that we've been using for testing. When we switch to our manual gearbox 370Z sport package we will release new information.

A couple options off the top of my head would be some type of clamp that would allow the bracket to be bolted onto it (if it looks good). Or a nice looking weld and do the dimple die look or triangle cut outs may look good with the factory triangulated Z strut brace. It would still look good on the G also.

On that topic I think the STILLEN intake manifold would look hot with a red wrinkle finish too like the NISMO engine cover or the Honda Type R covers.

Currently we plan on having a nice polished aluminum charge pipe up front but if there is sufficient interest in a run of black powdercoated charge pipes we could absolutely make that happen. I could definitely see that looking very nice.

I can see how from your standpoint that would make the most sence since I'm sure the compressor housing comes polished from the supplier and it would look consistent. People who want custom colors will powder coat on thier own.

While we are on cosmetics, I like the black silicone joint/hump hoses but I think that intake hose should be black also and not blue.
