The T fittings splice into the heater hoses. Bleeder generally goes on the passenger side. I dont think coolant flow direction through the turbo matters. If you must take off

The T fittings splice into the heater hoses. Bleeder generally goes on the passenger side.
I dont think coolant flow direction through the turbo matters. If you must take off the turbine housing to clear the tip of the coolant elbow fitting, take great care not to ding up the turbine blades when removing/installing the housing or when handling the turbo with it removed. You might be able to just loosen the bolts and rotate the housing to a different position where the fittings dont hit when rotating.
