Engine Prep for TT kit w/ 105k (G37)

Alright guys, I'm soaking all of this up. Thanks for your responses. So, if I want to be "safe" without building the motor my pre-install maintenance checklist should be as

So, if I want to be "safe" without building the motor my pre-install maintenance checklist should be as follows: Compression/Leak-down test Timing cover gaskets Timing chain tensioner (?) Pulleys Intake manifold cleaning (upper & lower) Oil analysis Anything more? Anything less?
