Got the spacer made today.

It had been awhile since I got to use my lathe.

I used this mod for the A2A with Tbatt's spacer. BTW the spacer is amazing, when I used washers with a bolt it destroyed the pulley the couple days that I ran it. Thank you Tbatt!

But...my belt still always slips at 7300rpm right before I hit redline, then the slippage happens lower with subsequent WOT runs. I tried CRC and it did NOTHING to help.

Any ideas?

What belt is that? I have some black one and that thing keeps slipping on me even with the extra pulley!!!

I answered this question in a personal message so I thought I would make sure everyone else gets the info too.

I'm using a Gates Fleet series belt K081088 that is a 8 rib belt with one rib cut off using a utility knife. Works great. I got the belt at a local O'Reilly's, they had to order it but I had it the next day. Seems to be holding up well after about 4K miles on it.
