If I wasn't TT already I would be all over this with the ceramic turbo... I feel like that install is going to be so easy you could do it in a day. Even further, uninstalling would probably be done in a day!!! Not to mention, no turbo oil drainage problem potential!

I need to redo my oil drains... every once in a blue moon mine struggle to drain for some reason and I burn oil like it's my job.

Two additional kits are built and ready to go as well:

One, is a complete ceramic coated set of exhaust pipes in stock with a Fast Intentions down pipe. No extra charge for the ceramic coating. This is ready to ship.

Also have another kit ready to go, with the option of OEM down pipe, Motordyne down pipe, F.I down pipe, or open down pipe (Y-section) so you can customize it to whatever dual exhaust you have. This is also ready to ship.

What size Comp turbo are you thinking of using Sasha? They don't seem to have a matching turbo to the PT6266, I think the only thing that's close is the 64mm compressor with 67mm turbine. Slightly bigger than the Precision. Would it still fit? What A/R do you plan on using?

Comp has a comparable line up of turbos, the 6267 would be the closest, and they have some very good options for turbos that will support north of 1000HP:

Not the greatest pic...so you can just follow the link below, and click on the "OIL-LESS 2.0" for more details:

http://compturbo.com/products/turbos/ct4

They also offer same a/r's on the turbine housings, plus an extra size which is 1.52 a/r T4 twin scroll. Precision offers only up to 1.32 a/r on the twin scroll. This would be a great option for the VHR since the VE is so high.

The billet aluminium centre section makes these half the weight of a conventional JB or BB turbo.

So after some discussions with COMP Turbo, I am officially a COMP turbo dealer.

I will be able to offer the oil-less line of turbos with this kit for an approximate $250 upgrade. (vs. $550 when I offered BB upgrade with Precision units).

The kit will come with a tube of grease, which will last about 30,000 miles, and a grease gun, as the turbo requires lubrication at every oil change, which is quiet convenient. I will take about 30 seconds to put a couple of shots of grease in to the centre section.

The nice thing is that with Comp, they offer a 70mm turbo in the CT4 package, which is good for 1,200hp, so the options will be almost endless. They also offer a 1.52 a/r turbine housing, which will really go a long way for those wanting to get in to the very deep triple digits, and beyond.

The standard turbo for the kit now becomes a 62mm compressor, with a 67mm turbine wheel, still going with the 1.15 a/r turbine. Basically the same turbo I have been using up to now from Precision.

With the BB upgrade customers are looking at complete triple ceramic turbo turn key kits, with the 30 row oil cooler/thermostatic plate and fuel pump voltage booster for about $7,995.00 to the door anywhere in North America (continental).

Install time on this kit by a shop should not exceed $1,500.

in terms of reliability, How does the oil-less COMP Turbo compare with your previous BB option, 6266?

Based on my research, and what the manufacturer is saying, they are on par. The V 1.0 of the oil less system was not that great, but since they incorporated a grease point on the bearings, it has done wonders. So every time you do an oil change, you give the turbo a shot of grease, and you are good to go until the next oil change.

There is also fewer parts now with the oil less system, which I think can only contribute to longevity.
