time to get a boost controller...... nice power ...

Awesome results for 7.7psi, congrats.

One thing I noticed is that you heat wrapped the charge pipes from turbo to IC. That is somewhat counted productive, as you want all the heat to dissipate outwards from there. Cooler air is better in this case.

Thanks and I will have to get around this weekend to removing it.

Results so far driving it with the kit on, it's a complete different animal. Every time the boost spoils up I have the biggest smile on my face. I don't get on it at every street light but i do at times test the limits of it when I can. In the upcoming months I will be building the engine for more power. I have not made my mind up as to tuning it on e85 at the moment as the closest pump to me is on my military post, and the fuel pump just got fixed after being broken for around a year. Otherwise the other e85 pumps are about 25 miles one way. So not sure if it's worth the headache.

Congrats!!.. You can boost it more and make more power. You just need a good boost controller and new tune for a higher PSI and you are golden.

Update. Car won't start at all no codes come up when I try to troubleshoot it, any suggestions?

Check fuel delivery, and spark.

Ok. Will do

Just throwing this out there but also ask yourself how far away from the turbo did you raise the trans harness and whether or not you shielded the crank position sensor. My car went nuts on the dyno then shut off because I melted the trans harness. It would only start after it cooled down enough then eventually would'nt start at all. In the end I had to splice the wires. They were shorting from vibration but the heat had completely melted the plastic coverings off and it was a mass of strands neatly arranged. After splicing the wires were wrapped in titanium header wrap and firesleeving. Just a thought.

Thanks for the heads up. Once I get in today from work I will take a look underneath and see if I find anything out of place. I will be looking inside the fuel tank to see if the wires came disconnected. I believe that this is the issue since I would usually hear the fuel pump come on when I put the car in accessory mode but this weekend I didn't hear it at all.

Update: one of the wires were disconnected. I will get around to soldering them again tomorrow. Also does anyone know where you can purchase another c clip or retaining clip that holds the top plate to the fuel pump assembly?
Thanks

Just got a retune from Jon@Z1. Made some good numbers on my current setup. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing this turbo kit just do it. You'll be glad you did.
