Well, Instead of waiting on Gamma to get around to doing something, I ordered a 90mm 7 rib pulley from Kraftwerks ( There's a story with that sale also...) and I took the incorrect MAF pipe , reshaped and had it welded to fit my application. I also ended up painting the pipes with black wrinkle paint.
I have an 84mm pulley from the Stage 1 kit but am not looking to over stress my internals . |

I purchased my 85mm from kraftwerks also,great prices. Jinxx has been running the 85mm with no issues , good fuel setup and tune and these motors can handle 12lbs all day long, I think 84mm pulley might over spin the rotrex unit. |

So I did my first drive after installing the Stage 1.5 upgrade...
Originally my BOV plumbed back with the stage 1 kit. Relatively quiet but fluttered under medium acceleration. Now, it vents to the atmosphere and is loud as hell, almost sounds like my wheezing grandma... for lack of a better description.. lol I have a turbosmart plumb back and also a synapse diverter valve. What are you guys running with what spring and how tightened down do you have the spring. Is it loud also when it blows off? I'm looking to quiet it down a bit... |

I found when my bov got dirty the sound changes to fluttering so I removed it and clean it, then its back to normal again. For my spring tension i usually tighten it just a turn or so past the rubber o-ring,not sure if it's right but it's been working fine for me, also the spring is the one that comes with the kit,I haven't replaced it. |
