I don't have a fuel pressure gauge ...and I think it would have been fine with the 92mm pulley and prolly a little rich .....but after changing to the 85mm

I don't have a fuel pressure gauge ...and I think it would have been fine with the 92mm pulley and prolly a little rich .....but after changing to the 85mm pulley the boost comes on much sooner and running 40-50% more boost ..requiring more fuel ..once I get the return fuel system to be able to increase the fuel pressure as boost increases it should be good...I would think the 92mm would have ran around 450ish whp.....
Stock fuel pressure is 52 ...as boost increases it drops soooo with 8lbs pulley fuel pressure would be 44lbs which would support the boost ...with the 12lbs pulley pressure would be around 40lbs and not enough for the boost .....no real way to increase it without the return system Last edited by Jinxx; 04-24-2016 at 02:45 PM. |
