I have seen a few rear mount turbo setups on Vettes and Z28's... along with building one for one of my friends.... IMO they are a solid system... just different,

IMO they are a solid system... just different, im sure thats the reason more people dont try it. Most people for our platform also want TT or Superchargers.... I dont really think that single turbo setups are as popular im sure that is another reason. As far as longevity.... thats going to be pretty much in line with everything else... its going to depend on your tune and how you drive your car.
