Not my car but by far my favorite VQ37 TT video out there. Camera picks up turbo spool, blow off, and flutter. All my 3 favorite things! :driving:

FANTASTIC! When I heard how loud you were BEFORE the tunnel I was like..."Dis gonna be good!"

I really like at 03 sec you can tell you get on it, listen to the turbo spool for a second and instantly the front of your car comes up. Some serious power right there! Beautiful video!

Bro that sounds awesome. Is that the BP kit? I think you're the first single-turbo, single exhaust I've seen/heard. I like it.

Thanks! Yes, It's the BP kit. I went with the single exit cause I figured what's the point of having a dual exhuast on a single turbo? Might as well save a few pounds and make it louder since I have the power to back it up now haha.

you can pass on the next event though right ? lol

Too much wheel spin and can't go around corners very well. I knew 648 whp (on just 2 back wheels) is a waste on this car.

Lets see...58 posts, 3 rep points, not sure if you're even worth the time to respond, but if you watched the video, you'd know it was on street tires, stock suspension, and actually turned down to 9lbs of boost. Which is about 500 wheel. When you decide to put money into the car to almost double the power, there are more things you need to do rather than just slapping a turbo kit on to make any car track ready. Some fancy Nt01s will make a world of wonders with this car.

But hey, with all that "wheel spin and not able to go around corners" I'll sure have a heck of a lot of fun lapping you on the track. :tiphat:

Welcome to the Forced Induction tread, but you might want to take a step back and read up and try and catch up on what is capable with a 370z. I really don't know what you mean by a waste as he was faster than any other car in his heat. Wheel spin is a result of many factors, not just horsepower. You may also want to review some of the build threads as there are several folks that track their wasted 600+whp beast. Cornering is a matter or suspension set up and driving technique and horsepower does not have anything to do with turning a car lol. Anyway, back to me wasting my horsepower looking at V8's in my rear view mirror. :driving:

Hey Ryan,

I've watched your entire video from beginning to end. One thing I did get from the video is you were absolutely LOVIN' the boost :)

If I can give a bit of input though, when going to these types of events, instead of giving space to be able to floor it down the straight-away, I'd highly recommend staying behind some of the experienced drivers throughout the turns(paying close attention to their entrances and exits) and watching their lines and techniques(obviously not tailgating, but respectable room). This is where you will truly learn the most about your car, and where you can pickup/lose the most time. I'm sure the guys at the event saw that your car was fast as fawwwk down the straight aways, but to really learn the car and cornering is where it will completely fill your pallet of driving skills and put you in an entirely different league(even on stock Nismo suspension).

Hope this helps buddy, love the vids you post, keep 'em comin'!

I'm keeping this in mind for when I try a track day. Good brain food.

Absolutely! Thanks for the heads up. This was an all beginner group so no one really knew what they were doing. LOL!! Still an absolute blast though! Next time I'm increasing the class of course so this will be a great option.
