Fast Intentions Customer Service

Hello all,

I was number 28 on the list and could not be happier when my box arrived from FI. I notice a substantial hole in the side of the box. I peaked in and saw loads of bubble wrap and thought everything should be okay. Just to be safe I took lots of pictures of the box before opening it. Upon arriving at my mechanics it felt like christmas. As we opened the box I immediately dug in to find the 18" Carbon Fiber cans. One of which had a puncture the size of a dime. The other a large scratch. More photo's were taken. UPS strikes again!!! Completely crushed, I called Tony. Tony was also upset, he immediately requested the photo's be emailed to him and that the exhuast be carefully re-packaged the best we could. Without any request, complaints, or suggestions Tony quickly stated "Don't worry my friend, we will make this right, and make it right asap!". Tony had UPS pick up the exhuast at my mechanics (without any assistance or extra hassles for me). It is rare to come accross a business like this. All businesses should be like this, however we know this is not the case. Tony laid out a plan and followed it to the letter. I have recieved the new exhaust (with another hole in the box thanks for the scare UPS) in perfect condition. It will be installed in the morning (Xmas in October). Without concern for a loss of money (UPS claims proceedures) or without even having the exhuast too inspect, Fast Intentions took care of the customer!!! Before you make a decision to buy an exhaust, try and learn a little something about how the company treats its customers. If you want a top quality product from a top quality company, I suggest you give Tony a call at Fast Intentions.

Fi sounds like a great company. This is going to be my 2nd or 3rd mod.

Thats is great customer service which I think we as consumers need to demand from vendors. There is always another vendor out there selling the same thing so I would think they would do their best to please the customer. Im glad to see a company doing just that, and guess what who is getting all the business? Just makes sense. Now all we need is a pricing war, LOL. Im glad to see that I will be taken care of if my CBE is damaged when I get it. Thumbs up to FI.

I ordered the high flow cats with the 18" CF resonators. I also have the NST pulley kit. Both should be installed in the morning. The Stillen Gen 3 is already on. Can't wait to fire it up with everything on it. I will do my best to post some pic's and video. However I am computer knowledge/use challenged.

I love it. It's very deep and IMO can be too much at times on the highway. I did a bit of sound deadening in the hatch last weekend which helped take the edge off, but could probably stand to do more

^too much drone? What did you use to help the sound, maybe I'll do the same. But overall, you don't regret buying it do you?
