I'm over a month waiting on an "In Stock" spoiler and Jay will not respond to my emails.

Never had any problems ordering from the website. Probably because I have patience or just lucky.

GT wing is in stock. LENTZ QAB is painted and still waiting for the high wing carbon top.

I have asked you 3 times in emails now the same question, maybe publicly asking on the forum you might reply.

Right after the top is delivered to him by the factory. And he has no control on when the factory puts it in production.

I have only made one order from the website and I figured it was going to be a while but to my surprise it was about 3 weeks. I can tell you anything coming across the pound you shouldn't be in rush at all...my Fugi hood was just over three months.

Jay may not be the quickest in responding but he always followed up after a couple of pms.

From the comment Jay made I would guess not. CF top is a special order item, most of the high wings are painted top and bottom.

If something is "In Stock" that means it is in that company's physical inventory. If it is "special order" it is a custom made order that takes time. There is a huge difference you are failing to realize. If a company does not physically possess an item it is NOT "In Stock" by definition. To quote Evo-R's website, "In STOCK Takes 5-7 Business day to have it painted." I ordered that in January, that is long past 5-7 business days. He needs to label products that have a build time so the consumer knows it is NOT IN STOCK. Evo-R is TERRIBLE customer service, no matter how you look at it. He still has not replied to my emails, and probably never will. I will continue to let the world know how terribly the company is run so others will not have to make the mistake I did by ordering through Jay instead of a trust worthy retailer that hides from their problems.

Just made a new signature to help spread the word, this is completely unacceptable for Jay to treat his customers like enemies.

Well, it's painted, isn't it. Says nothing about being delivered in that time.

I just end up waiting to buy Evo-R's parts second hand from other people because there's just too many complaints on them. I just got their canards for my 09 bumper on eBay and they were practically new and far cheaper. Patience in this case is truly worth it.
