Many of you are familiar with our 370Z Front and rear tow hooks we have been offering for about a year or so. This hook works on all oem bumpers, front or rear!
Made from stainless steel and forged aluminum. Whether you're attending your local track day, auto cross, or racing competition the GT Motoring tow hook is up to the task. The base, mount, and hardware are all stainless steel making it both strong and durable out in the elements. The regulation size tow loop is machined from forged aluminum.

I just dont understand why someone would put tow hooks on a Z. What are you gonna tow...a motorcycle?!! I don't think it's a horrible thing to do but what is everyone's plans with one? Get it towed to the car shows?!!

lol its not a tow hitch, its a tow hook.

most track days will require you to have a tow hook installed on your car in case you go off the track and need to be towed out or your car breaks and you need to be towed back to the pits. this is just a prettier option than the stock one.

Lots of track events, meets, shows (once its worthy). I meant just for the tow hook.

Got dragged off the track the other day and they did a number on something they should not have attached a hook to.

Simota's looks awesome with the black powdercoating...

But in the pic you have, the Blue one looks a little 'Purple'... Are there any other/better pics? Or any blue ones actually installed.

Speaking of the powdercoating, I'm guessing it doesn't come from you like that? You would have to get that done yourself correct?

The blue is very light, it was also anodized so it would be lighter than say a powdercoated blue.
