red 370z paint damage?

i just found out this on 2 mirror and liit ble on spoiler...idk what happen. my z usually park on shade...

anyone have issue and how to fix it pls..so sad for her now

My guess would be tree sap. Junkman2008 probably has a video on how to fix it.

Has the car been in Florida its entire life? Possibly a combination of the Florida climate and Nissans thin paint/clear. This type of oxidation is actually a common issue.

You can try to buff out the oxidation with a rubbing compound followed by a polishing compound to restore the shine. Always use the least abrasive compound that will work.

thing i can say is i fell nothing on pain, and like it happen under clear coat

yes. the car in florida . look like paint oxidation .yeah. hopefully i don't need to repaint ...

..and you guys lol at us in a snow belt state..

my Z is in like new condition vs those living near the coast in salt breeze all year long.

If you cant correct it?

You can pop the mirror cover off, and have a body shop color match it and paint it & pop it back in.
