Really???? Im so confused tomorrow i'll take a look cause none of this makes sense!! The front aero bumper wont go back on With the holes that are on the part as when her moulded it he did not use a front fang with the holes for the aero optional splitter piece...

thought the SportPackage's front lip (air dam)was only held in by screws and 3-4 fiction clips each side?

thats why you need to drill new holes in the CF and use the longer screws EVO mentioned he'll include. then just snap the side friction clips together.

check the service manual. (i can't access my manual at the moment. )

Oh thats right, yes you will need to drill holes in the EVO-R piece to fully re-install the front aero package lip thing.

The aero package front air dam is held on by 9 rivets and 4 clips..

Guys, just installed mine on my car and re-attached the aero lip in under an hour taking my time. I re-installed the aero lip using the clips on the ends and the three supplied bolts from EVO-R. You just have to drill the front aero lip in two places for two of the three bolts and you're good. Easy install. I will probably go back and drill through the EVO-R piece and re-rivet the rest of the holes after SEMA because I am anal like that, but its held on pretty firm with the three bolts and four clips.

My front aero spoiler is mounted with bolts and nuts NOT rivet's. It was installed at the dealer so I don't know if that is why I don't have rivet's. But to install if you have rivets just drill them out. I left the bolts on each end of the spoiler to keep it on the car. You dont need to remove them to install the cover.
Then just install the cover. Hold the spoler up to the cover to line up the holes and then drill through the cover. Reinstall the spoiler with longer bolts. You have to remove the undertray to access top of inside bumper to attach the nuts to the bolts.
Also there is only one hole drilled on the CF cover...ITS USELESS. I don't know why its there since it does not line up with anything. Hope this helps. Its not as hard as you think.

Ok we did the install... had to drill the rivets for the aero bumper probably about 8... So the weave of the carbon and finish was good however fitment of the left hand side was perfect but the right hand side is not perfect at all some gaps e.t.c.... Decided i'll refit it agan and check if something is wrong... One hole did match up with the cover so we bolted it on and continued to drill the other two using the aero bumpers holes as guides.
Went well and aero bumper seems secure with the three bolts. Here are some pictures...

I'd guess that's where they're made. I've seen a lot of nice, affordable CF work come out of Taiwan...
