I had the same issue with many bulbs. I bought a genuine PIAA bulbs from Japan. I visit Japan annualy so I took a gamble on those. Works without any

I visit Japan annualy so I took a gamble on those. Works without any issues. Its a PITA with 2011 and up Z's with hid bulbs.
