Default Normal, High, and Low Temperatures and Pressures for 2014 Nissan 370z?

Hi all,

I decided that I am going to install some gauges on my Nissan 370z and I know that this sounds crazy, but I am just overly paranoid about my engine; so I would like to know what is considered high, normal, and low temperatures/pressures for the 2014 Nissan 370z such as:

oil temperature (The Nissan manual stated to keep it under 240C?)
oil pressure
water temperature
water pressure
fuel pressure (I did a quick search and it returned with 35-55 PSI?)
transmission temperature
differential temperature
external gas temperature

Cheers!
