Nismo vs Amuse

2 Attachment(s)
As some of you know I've been looking for a new front end for my Z due to an accident I had recently. I want to get peoples opinions on which route to take. Im personally starting to favor the Nismo front end. What do you guys think?

Amuse to me is very unique , i would do amuse in a heartbeat

Personally I think Amuse is a little over the top. That being said, don't let us decide for you. Pick the one that YOU like! :tiphat:

In my opinion, Nismo looks clean and simple (more OEM'ish).. Amuse looks mean and aggressive.

I have a nismo and personally unless you have the whole kit it doesn't flow that well. Without some type of wing its going to look really weird. The amuse looks good even with just parts of the full kit. Im sure you've been looking but go look at the last posts in the powerhouse amuse thread.

Get the one you think looks best. Amuse is a bit "ricer-ish" for my tastes but then again, I'm not sure I'd put a NISMO bodykit on a non-NISMO car either. If it were me I'd go with something aftermarket that was a little more understated.

Will cost way more to do the Nismo. Unless insurance is paying for the conversion.

There are more costs to installing the Nismo bumper then just paint and labour. Search threads on Nismo conversions.

Nismo or OEM. I wouldn't put an Amuse kit on my car if you gave it to me.

I do like both. However, I like the Amuse a little bit more; especially on black, red, silver..not so much the white.

Depends on what kind of look you're going for, Amuse looks more aggressive and ricey but I guess that's ok if you have forced induction to back it up

Ive searched around on the forum and have been able to see some of what is needed. Such as the under tray and fender liners. Is there anything besides those 2 that Im missing? The rear bumper I read is not that hard to install, just center bracket is different?

Amuse. But be ready to go all the way to the back to round it out. Can't have it just for the front.

NISMO will be less likely to have fitment issue.

I think that is is about it. Maybe some additional hardware is required.

Here is a kit form Z1.
