Fly1 Motorsports Amuse Front Bumper Aluminum Skid Plate

I know folks don't visit the Vendor Section as often as the Tech Section, so thought I'd spread the word here that we just fabricated some aluminum skid plates for the Amuse front bumper

Link to sale thread HERE

Thanks for looking - hope some of you guys will appreciate the protection this piece will provide! :tip hat:

I put a link in the amuse thread, these should go fast.

Is it possible for you to fabricate one for other front bumpers as well? For example, Fujimura, Stillen, Zele, etc.?

I am working on a way to do this...as I know there is a demand. Will reply to your PM

I asked also on the Facebook post. Would be interested in the varis v2 front lip if there are others also.

Is the underside of the amuse completely flat (over the points where the skid pate would sit)? It looks from this picture like it is a bit of a raised in the middle section.

For the most part, yes, it is flat where the skid plate is. Keep in mind the aluminum has some flex in it, so when you attach, it will "hug" the slight variations of the bumper.

This is great! I'd get if I had the amuse. Every time I think about getting it, I shudder at how it'd get demolished on every ramp here in the city.

I dug up some pics of when I had the prototype on my Z. Front edge was wrapped in matte black vinyl to make it unnoticeable:

And this will give you an idea of what it will look like mounted beyond the front edge (only difference is ours will not be wider than the front bumper - rather taper to be flush w/ the sides...which is better for angling into driveways, etc.).

Thanks Sim...we can ship to Guam, no problem

FYI...for those that are interested more in the "look" than "function" - we will have these splitters available in full CF in about 2 weeks :tiphat:
