That is not possible, if you have a OEM sport package wing, the holes have to be the same.

Maybe your wing is not OEM? Or the Nismo wing you are putting on is not OEM?

If anyone out there is considering installing an OEM Nismo spoiler on their base model, I wanted to upload these photos so you can see what it looks like.

Be aware that some shops were hesitant to install it without the template in fear of drilling holes in the wrong area so having a template would help you get a lower quote for installation. Even the Nissan dealership told me they had no way of getting a template without buying a new spoiler and hardware kit which would cost about $1200...
