The Z's roof has the inner grove and i think it does not mix well with the straight lines the sun roof will give you. The pictures posted average about 10-15 feet away and of course look good but I am sure with a closer inspection it will not look good.
I am sure the dip on the roof mix with the flatness of the sunroof, it will lead to some leaks over time. It cannot be just flat against the roof. But Rep for having the balls to do it!  All of my previous cars had sunroofs and boy do I miss it!
