i think it looks good, black on black will be weird i think the contrast will be missing if u do so

I'm thinking the back casing black, and leave the light housings the grey that they are to give it that contrast and help them stand out a little more...

Since the Z has projector headlights, no.. There's no reflective housing needed for it. Even on reflective type housed headlights, there's two parts, the reflective piece (you don't ever paint it) and the surrounding areas which are paintable and not used for reflection.

or how bout black housing with the silver piece of the projector lense painted a deep red to match tail lights and break calipers on a black car. That would be sick
