Need help!

I found out what happened. Almost 2 years ago, the person who did my sound system mess it up on the wire routing. When they are routing the cable they push the rubber gourmet out so they can get the cable in the car. Then of course the rubber gourmet will not fit back into the hole cuz of the cable is on the way. So they just left it there like the pic I posted from the last post. So today, I re-route the cable and put back the rubber gourmet in place with silicon around , so that i can make sure it doesn't get water in again.

P.S. It was a pain to get the rubber gourmet back in place. It took at least 1 and half hour to fix it. I just don't believe that audio shop did that!
