You are right, I am not arguing that point. They were obviously designed as a kit. But the skirts are so damn low in the back. I am just looking for alternatives. So far Nismo skirts seem the best alternative.

I think it looks better with the nismo skirts

Could you do the original picture (grey amuse front & nismo rear) but with the Central 20 side skirts.

Central 20 skirts for you to use:

Honestly I'd say do the Nismo ones. The only time people are really going to get a good look at your side skirts is when you're not moving.... and more than likely the rest of the car is going to look so sick that they won't even mention the side skirts. On top of that I've had both sets of side skirts and the Amuse ones are really low. I haven't touched the suspension on my car at all and I couldn't even get on the lift at Firestone to balance my wheels. As long as whatever side skirts you throw on there aren't gaudy and brash, I think you'll receive nothing but compliments. Both side skirts are sexy, and unless someone really knows what they're looking at, they both will get you compliments.

Yeah, the central 20 suck, thank you for the photoshop.

How about the nismo ones with a cf side blade?

Cooltoy - although not bad, the amuse kit flows better.

Amuse bumpers with no skits+the oem mudguards look pretty decent actually. I remember seeing a pic of it. The guard catches the line from the front bumper and the tapering in of the stock sides helps to give the car a bit of an hourglass look.

I think the difference in looks is negligible and the Nismos look good.... If the Nismo skirts get you what you want by not hanging so low- do it.

cooltoy 11-14-2013 05:18 PM

If a set of Nismo skirts come up for sale in white, I'll get them. But that is very unlikely, so will try Amuse skirts for now.
