If the abs, airbag, VDC, traction control ect all the lights where on, what does that mean for everything? You no longer in an accident could set off ANY air

If the abs, airbag, VDC, traction control ect all the lights where on, what does that mean for everything?
You no longer in an accident could set off ANY air bag? The traction controlled is disabled, the same as if you pushed the button off? You no longer have VDC as if you unplugged the yaw sensor? And what about abs? Your brakes are 50/50 I know if you pull the abs fuse. Is this the same thing?
