LED light replacement issues

If the LED doesn't light up, flip it. If it still doesn't light up or blows a fuse, then there's an internal short of the LED bulb. As a sanity

If it still doesn't light up or blows a fuse, then there's an internal short of the LED bulb. As a sanity check hook it up to a 9V battery to see if it still works. __________________
