I actually really like that...considering I have a red Z, and I'm continuing to plastidip the handles, front/rear fascia, rims, and side Z markers, this would complete my goal of removing all grey/silver colors from my exterior. good find.

anyone know if these also fit the 370?

Think they would look good on a 40th?

Not sure. I think it would. The black would match other black exterior trim parts (especially if you dipped your front/rear fascia and handles), and the red matches the seats and calipers(?), so I think it would look pretty tight.

Sadly...

Motorsport! OEM Front* Emblem, Black Pearl, 03-09 350Z - The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts

Do a little reading on that page (maybe 60-90 seconds), a little other Googling, and I think it's clear that the FRONT emblems are interchangeable, but the REAR emblems are not. Damn...I guess plastidipping the whole emblem will have to be enough for me.

Works for me, I will put that on the front and figure something else out for the rear.

Exactly!

Front is interchangeable with either 350Z emblem, rear is different

you can have this done to OEM emblems fairly easily. but it would cost more to do it on an individual basis.

I dont know about fairly easily. Taping off such small lines and edges would be quite challenging. Although if there was a different way to do this on my own, I'd be all over it. I just don't have the right tools/tape to get such perfect lines..

Liquid masking could also work. Just put it over the letters and cut away what you don't want. It peels off like rubber cement. Used it on RC bodies. If you're careful with an Xacto blade. And if you're painting then small cuts shouldn't matter as paint will cover. Just a suggestion.
