Hi everybody, what do you think of this?:yum:
This is a complete replacement part, not a cover/overlay.

That looks fantastic. More details, please.

nr74 10-01-2013 02:10 PM

It is a 100% carbon fiber part that replace OEM front cover and button covers. It snaps/screws on OEM housing. It has housings for all 4 buttons, you only have to take out your original buttons and put them in.
Finally, I did this for myself as a challenge when I saw this thread, but since I'm in carbon fiber bussines anyway, I can make it and send it to whoever is interested.

I'm very interested, but be careful advertising that unless you're a vendor here. I'd hate for the mods to run you off for vending without approval.

Voice59 10-01-2013 02:55 PM

I'm also extremely interested..

LostSol 10-01-2013 02:59 PM

get yourself vendor approval, then lets talk about price and shipping costs since youre overseas

I had no plans on becoming a vendor here, I usually sell all my parts on ebay.
Since I drive 370z, I only wanted to offer you better price here and I'm sorry if I broke forum rules, that was not my intention.

We're not trying to run you off. We're trying to tell you that there's plenty of interest here to justify becoming a vendor. We want your product. Many of us. Take the necessary steps to sell it here and we will line up to purchase it.

Agreed. Besides, it is the ONLY way to advertise products or services on the forum, lest you get :owned: by a mod.

Your only other option is to PM the mods asking if you can gather enough info to find out if its worth it to you by creating some kind of group buy thread with pricing and such. But not sure if that realistic or not.

jofro6 10-02-2013 01:19 PM

Can you do colored carbon also? or do you just do the black? either way i think id be pretty interested if it wasnt priced rediculous

****THIS IS NOT A FOR SALE THREAD****
I'm just gauging interest.

I hope the moderators of this forum will agree and allow this, if not everything is off.

So far:
3-4 interested
0 orders

Since there is some interest in this carbon fiber instrument bezel and I have no plans and time to be a full time vendor/sponsor here I will be straight and tell you the pricing and what I think is a fair way to do it.

I am not a reseller, I make carbon fiber stuff and I made this for my 370z.
My regular pricing for this parts is $450 so I think that 25% off for forum members is a fair starting point.

So the breakdown of pricing per set looks like this:
1-5 ---- $330 + $20 for the forum
6-10 ---- $290 + $20 for the forum
11-15 ---- $260 + $15 for the forum
16-.. ---- $235 + $15 for the forum

Just to be clear, we are talking about new Nissan 370z Carbon fiber instrument bezel (combination meter front panel),
as you can see in pictures I've posted.
This is a complete replacement part, not a cover/overlay.
It is a 100% carbon fiber part that replaces OEM front cover and button/switches LH&RH covers. It snaps/screws on OEM housing.
It has housings for all 4 buttons/switches, you only have to transfer your original buttons/switches to this part.
What is included:
1. Front replacement cover (tacho, speedo and fuel-w.temp gauges cover)
2. LH and RH switches covers (2 pieces total)
Parts are made of 100% carbon fiber with high quality epoxy resin, no FG back layers.
Visual layer can be:
1.Twill weave carbon fabric.
2.Plain weave carbon fabric.
3.Mixed weave carbon fabric (Twill and plain weave combination).
Design (colored) Twill weave carbon fabric in red or blue is possible, but the price is 10% up.

Shipping:
Standard shipping is around $40 for shipping to the us (all North/South America), $35 inside EU, and 45 to the rest of the world.
If you have a group from your area you can save on the shipping.
The delivery is around 7 days.
For economy shipping I have to check for pricing and delivery is 10-20 days.

Payment:
I accept paypal.
All the details about payment will be discussed later.

cinellipro 10-03-2013 06:10 PM

Would you please post a couple of pictures of the actual item and not connected to the other components. Most of us have not taken apart the instrument bezel so it would be helpful to understand what is actually being purchased.
Thanks and best of luck.

No problem, I have plenty of pictures.

On the first picture you can see original parts, and on the others carbon replacement parts.
The original switches are on top left and right corners on the second picture, they are not included (you use OEM ones you have).

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

simota1 10-04-2013 07:15 AM
