G37 front on Z body?
 

Has anyone seen this done, or know if it's as simple as bolting it all up?

I've seen this done.. matter of fact, the guy bought a Z, then replaced it all with a G37. It looked, sounded and drove just like a G37! :bowrofl:

Just by a g37 and put a 370z badge on it. Same platform and engine, noone would be able to tell. :D

Why? No it is not as simple as bolting it all up. Some fabrication work would be needed. Again I find it strange I have to ask you this again but why? They make G37's for a reason.

I'll post pics this weekend when I swap my Nismo front bumper for a '70 Super Bee front end. Out back, I'm mounting a '70 Superbird rear spoiler.

I also ordered five gallons of blue PlastiDip to paint my car in homage to Richard Petty.

i highly doubt it's just bolt up, you'd need fabrication work to get it to line up correctly.

It depends on the location and shape of the headlights and the hood line.

If all of that lines up, then yes it should.

However, I'm pretty sure that it won't -- if you have a buddy with a G37, buy some beer and spend a little time swapping them out to see.

If nothing else, there's beer.

There's no way it would line up, lol. Just look at the cars..

Honestly this one looks super clean.

I like it a lot, just not the infiniti symbol in the grill. It's real and not Pshopped, it was inspired the infiniti concept essence.

Yeah, that's tight. The inifinity symbol is kind of tacky...but still. Overall I'd drive the s*** out of it. LOL

That IPL front bumper looks better than the regular G front end.

Lines up perfectly with the hood and headlights.

Way better than I expected.

lol, don't take it literally.

Now I know why I bought both an IPL and a Sport.................................I am going to tear up both cars and in the end have only one crappy looking car!

In all seriousness, one of the things I disliked the most about my G37S coupe was the front end.

i also did not like the side and rear and top and bottom. :(

i did like, however, the screws they used to hold the bumpers in place. black and galvanized. :tup:
