Stuck hatch...

I have the same issue. Holding the button doesn't help and I don't believe it's temperature related as we in Australia are currently in our winter and it's been happening

Holding the button doesn't help and I don't believe it's temperature related as we in Australia are currently in our winter and it's been happening with ambient temps of about 8 deg C.
