2009 Nismo Features Question

So I recently bought a 2009 nismo 370 and I'm loving it. It's still under the base warranty so I want to get everything fixed I can.

Currently the low wiper fluid warning isn't working. Dealership says it's a touring only feature. Is that true? The gas door also doesn't lock so I wanted to confirm that also isn't a nismo only feature.

Also has anyone had a problem with the hatch needing to be lifted while unlocking or it recatches? The dealership (different one) also said that was normal for hatch cars with spoilers. Something seems off with that but I didn't fight with them at the time.

Any feedback from fellow Z owners would be much appreciated.

Yeah... goto a different dealer..

Thanks I had a feeling he was blowing smoke about the hatch. They tried to also get me when a sensor on the exhaust was triggering the check engine light saying that it looked like the exhaust had be changed. This is at 9k miles btw.

Does anyone know if the wiper and the gas door locks are features on the nismo? Really wish there was more than 2 dealers in decent distance to me.

My 12 gasdoor will lock when the car is locked (by remote or door button) and the washer res does have a low level sensor in it!

i had the low wiper fluid come on last year... so yea nismo's have that and my gas door locks.

also my hatch needs to be lifted too, im just too lazy to fix it.

and your getting a CEL on a car you just bought from a nissan dealership....?????

Do you have the rubber bump stops on the lower part where the hatch springs contact? Nismos need that to help remedy this issue. Might be a revision on the hatch springs too.

Actually bought out from a bmw dealership. It's good to know about the reservoir sensor and the gas door lock. Thanks for the info guys, dealerships around here suck might have to drive an hour to a different one.
