installing my blades this week.. have my front lip on but i never painted it.. just plasti dipped... the sideblades come black but are shiny.. do most people paint them?

ings+1 lip and evo-r sideblades paint?!!
installing my blades this week.. have my front lip on but i never painted it.. just plasti dipped... the sideblades come black but are shiny.. do most people paint them? i want them matte black but they seem flimsy (until u install them) or should i even just wrap the lip and blades?
