rear wiper or no rear wiper?

I have an Australian 370z and we got the wipers standard.... im thinking of removing mine if its not too much hassle coz i dont like the look of it

RainX on the rear windshield looks and works better! Anyone know how i would go about removing it? cant seem to find anything on this forum....
