I don't have my Z yet, but I've driven one in street traffic. The only, only thing I'm not looking forward to is the rear-angle visibility and blind spots. I've always liked having my mirrors in enough to just barely see the side of my car so that I have a reference. But already I've moved them to flare out more and start to get used to that placement. (I always turn my head to clear my blindspots anyway, no matter what, I just know that I can't actually do that in the Z. My driving style and awareness tend to not leave me surprised very often at all by unexpected cars.)
Sorry to bump an old thread, but it's a good one with good ideas. I still may try to locate an add-on to the side mirrors. |
with craftsquare, there are no blind spots as it's a convex mirror.
it's good to be blind when you look at the price though. lol well, not so rediculously expensive if you bought them in japan. |
Even with the stock mirrors, as long as you set them up correctly, no blind spots whatsoever.

Wow, how did we drive before back-up cameras, mirror assists, and all the stupid s^^t on this thread? Easy, we learned how to do it without!
I really hope that the people out there buying mid-performance cars have a better driving skill than what's being posted here! Flame ON! |
The new Accord has a killer idea. The side view camera.
