Thanks guys.
The fender liners have been cut and reinstalled. They fit nicely and it looks good! As for the intake tubes, I simply stuck some pipe insulation over the rub points with some two-sided tape, and further covered that with duct tape. That will do for now. I'm not sure how it'll hold up in the long run, but I'll be sure the check it as I change the oil and clean the filters.
