2 spots circled... Kind of look like there should be something in these "holes" anyone know if there is and if so, what?

Pop rivet for the bumper and a small screw that holds that rubber piece in place

I can not find any info or exploded view for what goes there from courtesy Nissan or any websites like that, anyone have a link to show what I would need?

Looks like you're missing a few of the plastic pop-out rivets. I've added some pics from my car. Did you buy your car used?

If I had to guess, I'd say someone might have had an intake on the car before you (assuming it is used) and just didn't put those parts back on. Not detrimental but I'm sure you could order them from Courtesy.

I can't find them on Courtesy anywhere... I have extra clips from something i bought a while ago and they won't fit in the holes so they must be a different size...

maybe this? not sure of the length. this is for forward of the radiator. the other one is smaller...

for the weather strip one, one of these might work. i dont know the diameters off hand. i recommend you pull out the other side and see if you can fine one that's shaped the same. (check the following pages on the linky too)
