One way I can think of is to disassemble the gauge cluster to get to the LED, desolder it, and then solder thin wire wrap to the +/- pads. Then

One way I can think of is to disassemble the gauge cluster to get to the LED, desolder it, and then solder thin wire wrap to the +/- pads. Then you can rig it to a buzzer circuit.
