Very easy, pop the shift bezel out. Once that is out you will see 2 screws to the left and right of the console piece. Take these 2 out and

Very easy, pop the shift bezel out. Once that is out you will see 2 screws to the left and right of the console piece. Take these 2 out and pull the whole piece out from the bottom like a hinge. You will need to disconnect the ignition and passenger airbag light.
