This is the tint on top of the dot matrix, not adhering to the window. I went back and looked at the window tint thread, and noticed the majority of our cars have this. Do most people not bother with it and accept it as a part of the tint? I never noticed it before, but now I see it everywhere, so I guess its pretty much normal?
