No. Holes are different, but will cover all factory holes.

Does Evo R High Wing (CF) fit on my 370Z Nismo 2018? Do any drill holes require?

It may fit some of the holes, but chances are it doesn't cover all the rest

You will need a whole new hatch or a bunch of holes welded up on a 2018 Nismo. Maybe you can find someone who has a sport and wil be willing to trade hatches with you.

Wow, thanks for the link! Very informative. ****, I did not expect my OEM wing has that many holes... Oh well, I am reconsidering now.
