here is mine... except i cut my oem hood and fit the cf gtr scoops in... couldnt afford the real hood thats why :ugh2: might do it soon again though... i miss em...

This is exactly what I wanted to do... the guy on here that sells them said you can't paint carbon fiber. And like an idiot not knowing I listened. Look at that hood. Beautiful. Now that I know I will have it painted when I can get the money again. I really love this look.

Wow, that looks very nice! Prob is, I don't want a full CF hood and would rather keep the stock hood. It needs useful vents!

I don't know how useful the vents are. I would assume that witout a way to increase the air leaving the engine bay, it's mostly for looks. :confused:

The vents are useless where they are :(

I figured as much about the ducts, at a stop heat does disperse from the bay much more quickly.

I am looking to paint my hood too. Please let know how much does it cost and where is the good paintshop? Nice hood and nice car.

The shop flat charged the rate to paint the front red/ clear, and the back flat black. All the work to fit the hood and swap all the parts. 450.
