I'm only going on what I was told and I hold people to that. All you other guys make me want to pull the plug. I can't sit around after I've already paid just to be stalled. One of my main reason was due to the date given.

EDIT: I just nicely requested a refund. So let's see how this goes. I'm done. I don't do business that way. Hope I don't have to dispute this. No going back for me.

Let us/me know how that works out... even if you can send me a quick PM with what happened in regards to the refund. I would appreciate it.

 I'm just hoping it goes smooth. I don't want to bring no problems to Carbon Signal or cause you guys to second guess your orders. This is more personal to me and how I see business.

Well as yall can probably see i got alot of negative feedback about carbonsignal and thier customer service so i think im gonna keep looking and see what else i can find before i get tangled up in a order that i might not recieve for six months. Apparently carbonsignal greatly under estimates thier ship dates and does not do a very good job of updating thier customers in the mean time to keep them infomered about thier delayed order. website still broken!

TheGreatOne 02-19-2012 11:27 PM

Hmmm, you guys must have some very big pieces or multiple items in your order, sorry to hear about the delays

My ordering experience was amazing, granted I had smaller interior pieces but they made them pretty quick and I was surprised how fast it arrived from Dubai

CarbonSignal 02-19-2012 11:55 PM

We apologize to the delay but its kind of our reach, being far from US hurt the business at time, Below is the tracking number for the shipment which had most of your guys parts, 846lb which is a very big size. Its been in Arizona since 3rd Feb.

Fedex:
876324093444

We tried this last time to ship all together to US and from there to individually to you guys, and it worked out cheaper. Please bear in mind shipping charges are usually paid by the customer so all this exercise to save money for all of you. We are not counting the time we have to spend on the follow up by calling and emailing our partner for each order after that. They have been great its just because of some unfortunate reasons there is a slight delay.

We will appreciate if people can bear with us as I assure you all the parts are there infact we tried to send some more extra parts so that for people ordering in the future could have it delivered sooner.

All I say in the end is we are here to cater the community because of our love for the Z and this forum, and believe you me we make the least amount of money and spent those most time for order generated from here, but we love you all guys and will be bringing more items and work on our logistics to serve you better. :tiphat:

Your items are part of the group shipment we did, and honestly we shipped end jan which is 8 weeks from beginning Dec:tup: thanks.

To clarify tho, the bumper is exactly as ordered, was packed very well and looks amazing, my only issue was with their lack of communication and information. It just took 6 months to get it :/

Thanks for the business Mozen, and I am glad yo got the bumper and liked it. I accept the fact that you got the bumper after 6 months but you know the bumper was in US since sept/oct and from that time we were trying to figure out the address from your side and problems arising from that where it needs to go. We are glad that our partner kept it for such a long time. On the communication side we reply on replies/response from other people so maybe that took long and apologize for that.:tiphat:

There is nothing negative I see, please try to understand the whole process, we have lots of happy customers here on the forum and we really believe in transparency but at time when we don't have an answer there is some delay.

I don't see why you even bother mentioning the parts are in Arizona.. They still haven't been delivered and all people want IMO is some notice when things run behind.. I had timely responses when it came to the payment. I'm sure the wait is worth it, just like the Fast intention exhaust which people dont mind waiting for because Tony is upfront about delivery times and keeps people informed... Anyway, any chance my order was in that shipment?

I meant the same man, and that's the reason I mentioned its in Arizona we are relying on our partner to ship those out for which they are working on it as well. Till last week they didn't get the boxes. We were expecting these to go out within a week to 10 days after delivery

Response time is same, we are updating when we get an update.

We can always offer two week service for any part shipped directly to the customer from Dubai.

IMO your AZ partners are making things worst, I mean they knew there was a shipment comming and that it would have big pieces so the boxes should have been there. There's no excuse for that. My order was placed on nov 17 th . Here we are a couple days from march when I was told it would be 3~ 4 weeks + 5 days shipping. But what's done is done. The AZ guys just better package the parts well. I don't wanna deal with returns.

Guys.. just to clear that up. The delays YOU had took me into my first move...and then when i had an address you were delayed for 3 weeks "waiting on a box" to ship to me. So YES i had various addresses..but there were multiple chances for you to send the bumper on to me and you failed to do so. Your communication was the worst tho with on average 2 weeks in between responses.

As i said tho, the bumper is fantastic and you at least put a lot of effort into packing it.

EDIT: I honestly did not post this as a bash. Honest feedback is crucial to development and i hope you guys take the good and bad comments and improve from there.
