Default Carbonfiber Nicked

Hello, I tried searching but I couldnt find anywhere how to repair carbonfiber? I got a nick in the corner of my carbonfiber hood is this repairable? Or if i leave it alone will it get worsen? I tried google and some ppl posted superglue the corner? I dont know?

You can add resin to it (System 3 or West Systems), but for something that small, a few dabs of a high-build urethane clear coat would also work (might take a few applications to get the build up).

Dont let it go too long exposed, your clear layer may start flaking up.

This might work, I've used this on my boat before, looks like they got a clear one also.

EVERCOAT 004_120_006_503 at West Marine

I would even think a bit of clear resin will do it just put a few drops, wet sand, polish etc.

i would clean up the edge little bit to smooth it out using a file and just use a few dabs of clearcoat and call it a day.

I just fixed something similar to that and I ds exactly what people are saying I sanded it out a little bit n the cleared it wet sanded n re cleared and it looked perfect and it also probably protected the whole hood a little better
